I feel it's about time I get down to the nitty-gritty and answer the all too frequently asked questions. I treasure each and every one of my Browntography fans however, it can get real old to constantly be asked the same questions on a daily basis. I chose the top 10 FAQs I answer almost every day.

1. How do I contact you?
This question makes my hair prick out at times. Yikes! Please take 2 seconds to explore around my Website & Facebook Fan Page. If you were contact information where would you be? Possibly under the 'Contact Tab'. On my Facebook, through the Info Tab or simply by looking at my default picture. Most services have very accessible contact information.
2. How did you get so many Facebook fans?
I stirred up a secret potion with load of Munchkins & Kiddies. Then I magically had over 5,000+ Facebook fans. :chuckles: I've worked hard to have a loyal and a good looking fan base. Instead of emailing me and asking me my "secret" recipe, how about figuring it out on your own? Don't mean to sound harsh but, just think outside of the box.
3. What lens do you shoot with?
50mm f/1.4. Nuff said.
4. Where are your packages & pricing?

5. I love your work; where is this location?
Let's be honest. 90% of the time, you can careless about my work! :snickers: I sadly have had too many inquiries literally saying: "Hi, where was this shot? Thanks." Geez, talk about rude. I work very hard to find unique nooks and locations throughout several parks in Miami-Dade & Broward County. Why on Earth would I just give away a special spot in a heartbeat? Think twice before you ask a photographer this question. It's like asking a Musician, "Write me a song and I'll sing it. Thanks." Google is my best friend.
6. Please send me a list of the locations you shoot at to choose from.
I do not have a set list of locations. They are all in my mind. It'd take me hours to make up a nifty list. I also do not talk about locations with any clients until the non-refundable deposit has been made.
7. Non-refundable deposit? I lose my deposit if I cancel?
Yes. Mini Sessions are $25 & Full Sessions/Events are $50. This deposit reserves your slot and guarantees I will NOT be left hanging. This is a business and like all businesses I need to trust you will follow through with your word. If you are truly a serious client, a non-refundable deposit will be no sweat.
8. You are out of my budget. Any specials?

9. Do you shoot Weddings, Boudoir, &/or Quinceanera/Sweet Sixteen pictures?
My style is very simple, quirky, with a twist of spunk. There is nothing wrong with the above mentioned photo shoot categories. I just choose to not shoot nor take a part in them. Browntography is 100% Munchkin Friendly. Engagement Sessions are welcome.
10. I emailed you 10 minutes ago, I haven't heard back!
I absolutely LOVE all your emails. Even those that make me shake my head. I get about 50+ emails on a good day! Which is thankfully almost every day! However, Browntography is a one Brownie business. I literally do EVERYTHING from marketing to invoicing to shooting to editing to 'you get the point'. It is nearly impossible for me to answer ALL emails within hours from 1st contact. Please allow up to 72 hours to hear from me. I try my best to answer emails in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience.
Hopefully I answered a few questions ya'll might've had in mind. There are so many more FAQs that should've made the cut, but I'd be here all night! :chuckles: Lastly, my personality is super bubbly and witty. I say what I mean & I mean what I say. I love, LOVE, my job. I will always be super respectful and honest. Please note that I have a very minimal social life, work 80+ hours a week, will blow up your Facebook News Feeds, love saying the word Munchkins way too much, & this is my full-time baby.
